Refund, Warranty, & Shipping Policies
Refunds
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is obtained by contacting us at sales@iatuning.com or by phone (520)882-2821. Returned items without an RMA number will be refused. When returning an item, it is recommended to insure the parcel for full value.
NON SPECIAL ORDER ITEM RETURNS
The following applies to all returned new/unused items received back to iaTUNING from the original invoice date. Note, the item(s)must be received back within this time frame:
1-10 days = 0% restock fee
11-30 days = 10% restock fee
31-60 days = 25% restock fee
61+ days = No returns will be accepted after this point
SPECIAL ORDER ITEM RETURNS
- These items are subject to a 50% cancelation fee starting on the first day the order was placed.
- Special Order items are mainly, but not limited to, parts imported from outside the USA.
- All turbos and super chargers are considered Special Order items.
- An item may still be considered Special Order even if the invoice is not marked Special Order
- Once shipped, Special Orders are non refundable.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- We do not ship, or accept, Cash On Delivery packages.
- E-Tunes are non refundable
- For returns, shipping is nonrefundable in either direction unless a shipping/order error occurred on iaTUNING's behalf.
- Shipping delays due to circumstances beyond iaTUNING's control are non refundable. Example: Weather delay, postal strikes, holidays.
- Product refunds are specifically refunds on the product and do not include shipping costs.
- Orders that are refused on the customers end are still subject to the above return rules
- iaTUNING reserves the right to refund anyone’s money at any given time as well as the right to refuse products and service to anyone.
Warranty
All New parts come with their manufacturer's warranty. SC Industries LLC, DBA ia Tuning and ia-performance, does not offer any of their own warranties, and are not responsible for the product defects or failures due to installation. Please note that every product and service sold through SC Industries LLC is intended for OFF ROAD race use only and never for Registered vehicles that see Highway Use.SC Industries LLC is not responsible for shipping costs involved with a manufacturer warranty item. It is suggested to have the warranty handled directly by the customer to the manufacturer. Also, owners and/or installers are responsible for consulting their local State laws prior to installing any of these parts since some are considered illegal.
Shipping
During the checkout process, the purchaser must select a preferred Shipping Method. The Shipping Method fee is defined as the cost of transporting an item from our office to the provided delivery address, and excludes unknown recipient fees and/or duties imposed by the carriers. For international shipments, most shipping carriers will charge additional duties and taxes beyond the Shipping Method fee paid at time of check out. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient/client to pay directly to the carrier.
Delivery times will vary from carrier to carrier. We have found UPS to be a bit more dependable with time estimates than USPS. With USPS Priority mail, the delivery times shown on the checkout page are estimates, not guarantees. If the USPS estimate shows 2 day delivery, it is possible for the item to arrive in 3 days. With UPS Next Day and UPS 2 Day Air items with UPS, deliveries only occur on business days. A business day is defined as Monday-Friday, excluding weekends. Example: If a 2 Day Air item is shipped Thursday, it will take 2 business days to arrive. Meaning the on-time arrival is Monday (Friday is day #1, Monday is day #2). Keep in mind, we are not a billion dollar corporation (ex: Amazon), who delivers 7 days a week. This expedited delivery expectation, borne by these corporations, has created a bit of confusion for delivery expectations of smaller independent businesses who rely upon UPS, USPS, and FedEx for fulfillment.
Daily shipping cutoff times are as follows (in Mountain Standard Time zone):
- USPS 9:00 am MST
- UPS 11:0 am MST
For an order received after a shipping cutoff time, the anticipated shipping date is the following business day. In rare instances, we are able to still ship after this time, but it is not guaranteed.
iaTUNING strives to ship promptly. In rare instances, delays may be experienced, such as deficient inventory for imported products. If a delay is foreseen, we will contact the recipient, and alert of the delay.
