Holiday Shipping

This Holiday season please make purchases with Paypal as they are one of the only payment processors who offer Buyer and Seller protection with each and every purchase. Credit cards do not. 

Over the first few weeks of November we have received multiple issues of missing parcels when shipping with USPS Priority Mail. Whether the loss be due to carrier neglect (delivered to the wrong place) or theft, for the Holiday Season we have implemented the following shipping rules. Should you need exception from this list, simply pay with Paypal, or contact us prior to fulfillment of order:

• All Domestic orders (48 States) totaling over $40 USD, which selected USPS Priority Mail, will be upgraded to UPS Ground at no additional charge.
• All Domestic (50 States) orders over $100 USD will be sent Signature Required. 

Keep in mind, as much of an inconvenience this may cause the recipient, if a parcel goes missing (example: stolen from mailbox), then iaTUNING is still held financially responsible if there is no signature. This is unfair since iaTUNING is left carrying the full financial burden for a 3rd party's actions (mail carrier error or theft). Note, shipping companies deny insurance claims for items that show delivered. 

We reserve the right to amend these rules on an as-needed basis and are hopeful to remove the alert after the Holiday Season has past (estimated Jan 15, 2024).
