Q: Where are the kits made?
A: The adapter rings are made in the USA with ia-Performance's proprietary mold and the final packaging occurs at our Colorado USA office.
Q: Why do the 6.5" (front and rear) and 5.25" (front only) kits come with 4 rings for just 2 doors?
A: The adapter plates have a beveled interior circle, which allows for various stacking configurations to accommodate a vast array of speaker cutout diameters.

Rick Kirby In this day and age when people are quick to complain about things... It is a pleasure to write a 5-star review for this product. I have a 2008 Subaru Outback with 60k miles that looks like it was just driven off the showroom floor. I wanted to add a custom head unit so I bought an AtotoS8 Ultra. The sound was okay but I wanted to add some Infinity speakers also. When I started reading about some people's experience in swapping out speakers I heard several who would butcher the stock speakers in order to make the new speakers fit. I didn't want to do a half a** job. I want it right! The speaker mounts that Infinity provided were nowhere close to what I needed. I already knew this. I took a chance and ordered these speaker adapters based upon the reviews. I am SO glad I did. No instructions are needed really and they give you enough screws and hardware to build a second car! They cover any eventuality you may run into including new door card plugs just in case you break some pulling off your door card! Who does that? THESE GUYS DO!
Do yourself a favor and make life easy on yourself and you will be swapping stuff out in no time!

Bradyn If you are contemplating getting these get them. My front windows finally roll all the way down without hitting my Rockford T2 components. I noticed the sound quality increase significantly after installing these as they brought the woofer closer to the speaker hole opening in the door panel. Even if your speakers fit without these, installing these will provide much better clarity in the midrange. Pay the little extra and get the front and rear kit. You will be glad you did.

Jonathan These fit perfectly and allowed me to install my aftermarket speakers. Easy install with no drilling required. The kit even came with the hardware to mount the speakers and the holes already predrilled!

Erik There are not a lot of options when it comes to Subaru aftermarket parts. These are the real deal. Fit perfectly for my Rockford Fosgate 6.5s in my 2011 Forrester. Highly recommend!
